On the first contact, we will discuss the menu with the client, number of guests, any dietary requirements and any special requests they may have. Then, they can choose from our extensive menu options, or build a bespoke menu with them to suit their event.
Once the menu is finalised, a quote will be sent and when agreed you can pay for the dinner, or pay a deposit and settle the rest of the balance on the day of the event.
On the day of the event, chef will be arriving well in advance to get ready for your dinner and prepare the food (some basic items may be prepared by us in advance if necessary). We will cook, serve the food and clear the table.
The kitchen will be cleaned and left as is found so you can enjoy hosting your dinner party without the stress of cooking or cleaning after.
