The Hertitage

Jonathan started his culinary journey in 1988 at The Kings Head Ivinghoe under the guidance of his father, and Head Chef, Patrick O’Keeffe. In 2001 Patrick, Jonathan, Annie Cooney and Georges de Maison took over the ownership of The Kings Head with Jonathan taking on the role as Head Chef at this fine establishment. His signature dish, Roasted Aylesbury Duckling with all the trimmings was a firm favourite with guests, whom often travelled from far afield to enjoy this and many other appetizing dishes. He also worked at some high-end establishments in London and Hertfordshire such as Grosvenor House Park Lane, La Belle Epoque, Brocket Hall and Auberge du Lac.
