What inspired Jonathan to transition from a restaurant to a private chef experience in my home?

After the Kings Head I had a fair few requests for private chef work which I initially turned down (I needed to catch up on life) now that is done it seems a no brainer to me.

A taste from the Kings Head Ivinghoe, Signature dishes such as, roasted Aylesbury Duckling, Smokies, Pumpkins and Parmesan Soup, Mushrooms and Truffle Oil, Crepe Suzette, Loin of Lamb and Red Wine left in the oven and Forgotten, along with many more modern and Classic dishes.
